We Have Done It!

We reached 3 lbs. today!!!!! In fact, we are 1390 grams (3 lbs. 1.2 oz.). I have a feeling he's going to drop down a little tomorrow just because that is usually what he does. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed though that he's up some more.

He's also a little over 7 weeks now. I thought that the time was slowing down, but this week has flown by. I hope this trend continues. He is still on the nasal cannula and eating 27 ml. of my milk. The feeding tube is going through his nose now. I think they are trying to help him out with his acid reflux. They think he has that and have been trying to keep him raised while he's eating.

Getting pictures of him the last couple of days has been hard because he has been facing away from us. These are the best of the bunch.

In other news, Ray is still working on the nursery. Here's the progress over the last couple of days. The stripes idea comes from our bedding. It is Migi "Splash." It is soft and one that Ray actually likes too.
